    How masturbating ruined many lays, and how to fight ED

    Hi fellas, it's been a while. Thought I would write something important. Yes there are many posts about this subject but i wanna post my perspective and experience with it too.

    About how masturbating desensitized me. First the mental part:

    Not only did porn give me false picture of how a female body should be, but the whole scenario and feeling is fake.
    When I finally was with a woman, in the bedroom. There was a lot of emotions, awkwardness, tension, talking/asking how the other one likes it, exploring each other's body. And of course most importantly.. a normal female body. Shit, I didn't see or feel any of that in porn, it was all gone, just two poeple who magically knew what the other one likes and so on.

    So if you can't stop watching porn immediately, at least start watching bad quality, homemade amateur shit, make it as close to reality as possible.


    And the physical part is the masturbating part. After masturbating for a while the penis gets used to rough treatment (compared to how a pussy feels like) and gets desensitized to anything softer (pussy, tounge). And it maked so much sense when I realised it, I used to only get hard when the girl stroke my penis, as soon as her hand was gone, and we start kissing or I try to put a condom on, boner GONE. I stopped jerking off for a while and immediately felt how much more sensitve i became, and got hard fast and just by thoughts.

    You don't have to completely stop jerking off if you don't want to, try no more than once a week, then once a month and so on. And even WHEN you do masturbate, make it as soft and slow as possible, try to enjoy it and yea basically as realistic ass possible.

    -Ejaculation has short term effect on lust/testosterone (L/T), that is a reduction. Especially if you fully empty your sperm bank. So if you want to forget about sex for say a week, just do it 3 times in one day. Having a go every day, gives similar result.
    -On the flip side, L/T really spikes on day 6/7 after previous ejac, so fully abstaining actually reduces lust and hormones in the long run.
    -Feeling lustful without an ejac in the end, will shoot T/L through the roof like nothing else. This is a great way to 'debug', if needed.
    -Zinc supplements and abstaining from vegetables, PUFAs and very high protein- or very low carbohydrate diets, is also helpful, if you feel your L/T takes a long time to re-build. Grains/bread have a more long term negative effect on L/T replenish, typically starting to play a role in age mid to late 30s.
    -Changing from high volume to a moderate training volume, can also help.
    -Finally, getting rid of stress factors that cut into your sleep time/quality.
