    Maximum boner endurance

    Hey guys, so I recently posted about boner problems with a new chick. To my surprise those problems magically resolved themselves not only in the boner department, but also increased my sex-drive exponentially.


    I was able to have sex 4 times in one night with little recharge time and maximum endurance. Since then I've been wracking my brain trying to find the key formula, but haven't quite been able to reproduce consistent results. What I originally theorised was that my performance was attributed to my food intake for that particular day. I haven't completely discounted this theory because I've only field tested it once afterwards, but with not so favourable results (will need to keep testing).


    I also thought of something I'm calling sex-momentum. That is, when you've been fucking consistently for the whole night and again in the morning, your body enters some sort of sexual state where you get random, long-lasting boners throughout the day. This can be extremely inconvenient in public, but could work to an advantage if it was timed correctly. It almost sounds like the beginning of a sex addiction. I've considered investing more time into masturbation as well. Since I stopped watching porn and stopped masturbating almost entirely, I go some days without really thinking about sex at all. This seems to have the opposite effect on sex-momentum. It reminds me of my teenage years where I could wank 10 times a day and repeat. Could it be that a healthy amount of masturbating without porn could potentially amplify your sex-drive?

    Experiencing it too. Same girl, same state of mind (horny, no stress), someday I can fuck 3 times in a row, back to back, all hard and good, someday only 1 and it goes limp forever. I don't believe in momentum, random boner doesn't mean hard rock on encounter. I have days when just thinking about random beautiful girls got me rock hard, but sub-par erection and horniness when actually having sex, same day.

    From what I find out, there are at least 3 factors:

    - Your horniness: When I stay extremely horny even after ejac the first time, getting hard for 2 or 3 times after that is easy with little effort. However when feeling less horny and want a second round only because "sex just feels good", my mind seems to know that too and automatically stopping blood flow down there.

    - Your sleep: craving sex much more after having full rest of 8+ hours sleep, sleep deprivation seriously lower my horniness and performance.

    - Your food: don't know if it's just psychologic effect but oyster really makes me a beast on bed, girls admitted. Lots of carb like rice and bread do the opposite.

    I looked up your original post on sexual haze and it seems like I've been experiencing the exact effects you describe.


    I'm guessing your masturbation theories are field tested, where edge-fapping can trigger the same kind of 'sex-haze'? I'll have to try this as I charge up my energy/Testosterone for this week.


    I'm also currently taking a calcium/magnesium/zinc (17mg zinc) daily suppliment. According to your food eating hack, one should consume a cheeseburger fried in butter, along with 5x the dosage of zinc. I'm willing to try this, but where are you getting your dosages from? I've read the following regarding zinc: "11 milligrams for males 19 years old and older".

    What's weird is I'm not really a fan of edging, although I think done well with good breathing and focus it is more beneficial than just whackin it, but most of the quickest lays I had were from days I'd edged and gone out. In fact a few were before I read ijiis thread and a few were after I read ijiis thread where I purposely did it... You def. get into state a lil easier.

    I was also reading something along the lines of abstaining from sex or masturbating for an extended period of time, also not looking at intimate stuff, has a sort of negative affect on boners? Has anyone else heard this? I forget where I read it.

    -Zinc uptake is so COMPLEX! (affected by supplement type, food eaten, general health and age of digestive tract.)
    -Zinc consumption rate in the body is even more complex!!
    -In short: Generalized daily dose suggestion = UTTER KJ.

    Upon starting with zinc supplement, you should feel a rather noticeable boost in horniness and frequency of horny thoughts/urges. If nothing felt, you need to adjust it!
    -Try upping the dose.
    -Try complete break from foods known to prevent Zinc absorption (grains and vegetables).

    HOWEVER, you need a pure zincsupplement for this! (High magnesium/calcium will screw with digestion in my experience. I would never supplement calcium to be honest. Try googling safety + calcium supplement..)

    Ijii, have you noticed high "good" cholesterol diets with healthy fats increase horniness too?

    As i said i switched to a heavy meat based diet and increase horniness a tonn. I have also been eating huge amount of everything healthy though and quit drinking tons of alcohol so i cant isolate one thing.

    So I've been combining edging and zinc for the past week. Haven't noticed that many changes, but my sperm count is healthy as ever.

    I've also switched my diet to include more meats. A chicken breast and leg + whole avocado + 5-6 brazil nuts, salad, and some super high fiber rye bread. Will report back at the end of this week when I switch over to pure zinc instead of the calc/mag supp

    Oysters have the highest amount of zinc per weight, google it
