So here's a little update: I've been taking a 50mg tablet of zinc daily, w other healthy shit such as avocado, chicken breasts, high fiber rye, omega-3 tabs, eggs, burgers, and salad.

First thing I've noticed, 50 mg of zinc in one tablet is a huge hit. Make sure you eat heavy before popping one of these bad boys or you'll become nauseous. As for horniness level, I haven't noticed a change. Especially in sexual performance. I fucked a chick almost immediately when we arrived at her place. It way pretty fast, maybe 10 mins max. Busted a load.

Fucked her a second time, a couple of hours later after drinking some wine and beer. Took my dick a bit longer to get hard, not sure why. I wasn't too drunk and was eager to fuck. Wanted to fuck some more in the morning but I was too tired. Oh well. I'll try another week of zinc and see what happens.
