About Kegel daily routine, what's your opinion about lots of short reps vs few long reps?

I currently do it 3 times per day, hold 20s / reverse 20s for 10 consecutive reps each time, my goal is 1 minute hold/reverse. However, I read some methods online that do 30+ reps with 1-3s each.

My few long reps method still gets me positive erection result, just wonder if it's the best?
