Walking briskly makes me more alert and quick-witted

I am normally an extremely fast walker, now speeding up again after a period of knee injury. Today walking, I was struck by a realization:
    -Walking slow makes me sluggish.
-Walking briskly makes me more quick-witted and overall agile.
-Suspecting its the same with all things.
-I always loved doing things really fast, so maybe this is why.
-Im suspecting a wide array of ramifications.
Loves: Shy Girl-coding into Starry-eyed Extroversion, spamming Open-loops and Mini-cold-reads and lots of light kino.
Hates: Putting pressure on others. Things that feel 'brainy'.

I wasnt intending on posting but I have been saying this for years here - not only does a brisk walk make you quick witted and mentally agile, but a brisk morning walk also massively reduces AA, because you don't have as much internal resistance...the sluggishness which is part of AA disappears.
